How it works: Blaze computes each round as HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed), where the client seed is the hash of a public Bitcoin block Blaze commits to in advance. Instant bust when the hash is divisible by 15; otherwise the multiplier comes from bytes 13–26.
